I'm with @RobYob. We know @dan is wrong because he sets it to 5%. Everybody knows that you have to set it between 4.99% and 5.01%, everything else is just crazy and asking for premature CV boot failure.
I see no references to MAF polishing, obviously Dan knows nothing (obviously Dan knows everything).
It'll be interesting to see how much detail they go into for the work required to get it lit up and get a safe base map though - after what Dan has explained it may actually be more relevant to the video series themes so far than I realised

Hmm, maybe Project Binky can be my next TV box set binge? I[ve only seen a bit of the first episode I think, but really enjoyed their C1 racing series.
And...that was 34 episodes in just under 3 weeks. Great I’ve caught up. A bugger that now I’m waiting for the next one.

Quite a binge, you'd have seen them age like drinking tea from the false grail.
Did you include the "Howie did it"? Most of those I watched with half an eye as background but the auxiliary drive one was interesting.

Have you done the citroen C1 series too? I didn't really like the lorry conversion one, but the c1 series was excellent!

I quite liked the Escargo truck project. Something about disassembly satisfies my brain. I also quite like the James May reassembler series.

Yes, to the C1 race series one. Not yet to the Howie did it ones. Not yet to Escargot.

I like the truck ones, interesting to see just how massive and heavy everything is compared to normal car / van stuff.

Scott obviously is using Mik's PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE BUSINESS CONTACTS to keep abreast of the situation.
I'm just following them on Twitter.

This was the last update I saw
July 2021 Update
It's been a battle. We've encountered a broken leg, brand new parts failing immediately, a bout of Covid, stuff that fitted before inexplicably now not fitting, assembly, disassembly, massaging with hammers, re-assembly, electrical gremlins and all manner of woe trying to get the mini started and episode 35 finished.
Well, despite on occasions seriously considering burning the damn thing to the ground, we managed it. And the filming part of episode 35 is complete so the edit can get started properly now that Richard has his voice back.
We'll get the video to you as soon as it's complete and episode 36 will follow soon after. And episode 37 won't be far behind that also as the interior is more or less complete and ready to go in. With some luck, the completion is just a couple of months away.
Thank you for sticking with us, we are eternally grateful for your support and we apologise for the huge delay in getting this next episode to you. Won't be too long now.
Cheers,
Nik and Richard

Strangely, I saw a post on Facebook last night from them saying a new vid is due out 7th August.

I'm surprised some of you still watch it tbh, given Mr Brunning's fairly outspoken views on certain matters

Pro-Brexit, staunchly anti-lockdown and fairly recently seen cutting his nose off to spite his face over the vaccine passport scheme.
Reads like a more comprehensible version of Broccers' posts on here

I'd never even realised, since he doesn't mention his views in the Binky videos. Perhaps Broccers could learn a thing or two.

I was a little bit surprised if i'm honest. Each to their own though, the shit they do at work is still great.
