Re: Randomness
Sure the engines aren’t massively efficient, and aero isn’t great, but old cars are small, very light and have skinny tyres.
On a decent run at sensible speeds the ‘sud is probably the most fuel efficient car we have. Not great at idle / around town and is revving pretty high by 70, but a gentle 40-65ish mph a road trip and it’s brilliant.

See also correct size engine for the car, no downsizing, no running rich to get the temperature up to “will pass a test” levels etcintegrale_evo wrote: Wed Dec 22, 2021 11:54 pm Sure the engines aren’t massively efficient, and aero isn’t great, but old cars are small, very light and have skinny tyres.

Re: Randomness
That escort is a 1.3, to boot - 40mpg+ on a run if it's setup OK seems pretty realistic if you're not bombing it at 80mph on the motorway.integrale_evo wrote: Wed Dec 22, 2021 11:54 pm Sure the engines aren’t massively efficient, and aero isn’t great, but old cars are small, very light and have skinny tyres.

Why doesn’t this get played any more? Nice bit of nostalgia.

Re: Randomness
That’s feckin ruined her cheeseboard (mild, AND medium cheddar, dairylea triangles, craft cheese slices, mini-babybel and a pack of cheesestrings).
Re: Randomness
Have they not just sent her the pizza flavour ones by mistake? Notice there’s no pictures of the front of the packet……

Re: Randomness
They definitely look like more jazzy packets than the normal ones underneath, and looks nothing like normal mould growth

What about the plain cream cheese and the strength 1 brie?
