I heard the same, with something like "I didn't see that you were going left" beforehand. Seemed well handled by all (with the exception of the person recording :roll: )

The biker was just stupid there. The video proves he had plenty of opportunity to slow down or stop. You don't avoid liability if a mentally defective person walks out in front of you and you hit them deliberately to teach them a lesson :lol:

Are they a civilian (IE not a cop etc)
and
Is it on a body mounted/vehicle mounted camera
and
Is it on the internet?

If the answer to the above is 'yes', then it was done for attention and probably validation, and to prove that ooh, they're a bit 'ard, etc.
