I tried this today. I think I got to about 8 seconds of off boost where the award winning 2.2 diesel engine is so guttless, it got to about 2300rpm, I gave up
Plus I now have 6 points so am terrified of doing 100mph anywhere now. There seems to have been an explosions of camera vans again. I passed 4 on my way to Nottingham & back toaday. Cunts.

Waze has saved me many times from the mobile camera's, although i dont think we have the new long range (1km) setups down here some forces are deploying.

I got nabbed over 6000 metres away. The picture quality of my gormless face was outstanding

Where does one put phone whilst trying this on a private drive ? My iPhone zooms in too much if rested on wheel.

See below for some aural awfulness. Driver suffered so you must too. The engine of a Volvo S60 T4 (lpt) is a truly hideous thing especially when wrung out and even more especially so when it hits the limiter
Genuinely had to check if the T4 is a petrol engine. Sounds shit.

I tried it in the M140i - will drop to 2nd at exactly 1,000rpm so had to go a knats above. Goes like stink to about 80 ish before hitting the limiter. Will try mit video when I get a chance.
