I'm tied up at weekends until May but could squeeze something in afterwards. I've met many people from here and consider them to be both friends and real, actual people. Some of them came to my wedding. Some of them have even recovered from the experience.

Could lube help you out there?

I can't remember who it was asked me to bring that, I think it might have been Jobbo. I certainly left with a lot less than I arrived with anyway
It may have been me now you mention it. I barely got a look in around your boot full of it though.

This speaks volumes about this place!

It's instructive. If you want to be popular, bring lube. Donna did and look where that got her.

If I'm not considered too weird I'll keep an eye here as Church Crookham is only a 10 minute drive for me. I might even have fitted all the parts to the car and have it mapped by then.
Carl.
Where are you then? Didn't realise there was another one of us in this neck of the woods.
Chequers at Well could be good in that's it's local, though I don't know what the food is like. That's on my regular* cycling route.
*A friend's annual birthday bike ride, which I've not attended for the last few years.
I'm in Yateley, mum lives in Church Crookham so I'm over there a fair bit.
I went to a meet years ago in my old Civic VTi (black 3 door hatch) where we met up at the council offices and drive to a pub somewhere, SteveB also attended in the Seat V5 (Toledo I think), I think you may have been in a 306 Rallye.
Carl.
My parents live in Eversley. I drove through Yateley today in the Ferrari. There were two Police camera vans between them, but got forewarned by other drivers flashing their lights; that wouldn’t have happened in the M4!

A bit late for Ian possibly, but there’s a coffee morning at JZM Porsche (Kings Langley) on Sunday 28th April at 10am.
Sunday Scramble at Bicester on the same day as well (9am-4pm, advanced ticket only), which is just over an hour away from JZM.

Dick Lovett Swindon has a coffee morning on Sunday 14th April, but it seems to be invite only

I might be in for something depending on what date you guys decide on.
I'd definitely by tempted by JZM again as a minimum YK.

ATM I’m only a ‘maybe’ for JZM, I’ll msg you closer to time.

I’m back from LA, but off to Hong Kong for the Sevens on Thursday. I’m trying to book a boat holiday for next week, so down to the 12th to 19th for me. A mid-week Caffeine and Machine meet would work for me, but appreciate you all have proper jobs. If another date works for the majority, let’s not lose this momentum.

Oh, I’m having lunch at the Wellington Arms tomorrow; I’ve eaten there before and it’s pretty good. I’ve not checked the roads , but Jon and Steve live nearby...

The Stratfield Turgis one?

(As opposed to the Tadley/Baughurst one
http://www.thewellingtonarms.com, which also isn't that far away)

Oh, I assumed he meant the Sandhurst one !
https://www.thewellingtonarms.co.uk/
I can walk to that one. Or I could, if I was at home, which I'm obviously not, as I have a boring normal job...
Edit - although the Tadley one is not far from work.

Next two Sunday's are blocked out for me unfortunately (and much as I'd like to go to the pub mid-week, unless its in the square mile that's not likely!)
YK's suggestion of Sunday Scramble on the 28th at Bicester Heritage is something I've wanted to do for a while. Bit of a longer run out for most though.

FFS. It's like in Hook, there's a White Hart and an Old White Hart. Where the White Hart is actually older than the Old White Hart.
14th is a possible. Wife has been warmed up to the idea and has

'd accordingly.

And Gary Oldman is younger than Gary Numan
