Tamika Terra Crusher (no more ic engines for me, what a faff) lunchbox, f350 hi-lift, 2 rock crawlers, a Humvee tt01 ? , a 6x6 deuce and a half with trailer but a cheap Chinese one.

The kids use the rock crawlers and that’s it, they are surprisingly good at going off road for the price and slow enough for a 4 and 3 year old to not instantly destroy.

Do not look at RC Gold Mine on YouTube, his models are awesome and he himself hugely irritating.

One of the other big advantages of brushless is that with a £5 tuning box you can plug in and put a limit on top speed and acceleration curve. The brushless system works differently to brushed when the unused current is dumped as heat so extended periods of 1/2 power running would set fire to the speed controller they just deliver the power that the user requests up to their max amps. So you can go right for the bigger power system for the kids and just limit it, progressively opening the taps in stages as they grow in ability.

It’s not, it’s based on an ancient platform and tech, but it’s massively detailed and fun to drive in a more realistic way. Different to blasting a buggy more like the rock crawlers in driving experience. Some people love them others get bored. People who like them tend to take these on walks up hills, in the country and the like as with a couple of lipos you can have fun trying to traverse obstacles as you walk and they won’t run out so you’ll not have to resort to carrying it.

It’s an awesome truck but you need good radio gear and it’s a realistic model. So fast running will see it tip in the same way a real one would. It has a 3 speed gearbox so although high speed work is ok, it’s not really what it’s good at. Look at a YouTube vids to see what they excel at.

As mentioned above it’s great at realistic rock crawling, off-roading etc. It’s more of a technical trick than a fast one. I used my Humvee in the same way.
