Having watched Rory's vid, at the moment I'm at the place where I like the front, and I quite like the rear, but I'm still not 100% sold on the two together. :)

The rear would look amazing without the black bit - the silver bodywork ending in a point in the side profile is great. The problem is the overhangs are quite big so the front has to match it and looks awkward - and it’s not pointy enough to match the rear presumably due to pedestrian crash regs.

Having looked at it more I'd like to see it with the same wheels front and back to see how it looks. It just looks odd with different wheels.

For my £multimillion GT car I’ll take a Chiron, ta

Faster
Better looking
Smaller, for parking etc
Fits in the real world better?
Easier to blend in?
Potentially more comfortable?
Not “just a McLaren”

Yeah, don’t get the just a McLaren view. A ridiculous opinion imho. Don’t Bugatti use VW parts?...

Yes, it's to help them blend in with other cars on the road in the real world.

My only bug bear with McLaren as a future billionaire customer would be that they all have the same engine essentially. If you’re a Ferrari fanboy over the last whatever years you could have a NA v8, turbo V8, V12s of different capacities - with a Mclaren lineup its a choice between 10 different 3.8 litre twin turbot v8s none of which sound particularly pant wetting.

I have to confess that he may have a point there, no matter how many million bhps they are capable of pushing out.

I also think that given the customisation that they provide, one could probably polish most of them into something quite cool if one was doing the speccing. SSO should let me spec his, I reckon I could make it work.
Im not getting one. Did not make the list.

Did you want to be on the list for investment purposes or for your 7 year old self wanting the coolest toys?

The 7 year old tends to win out.
