Yep. Drove down after work last night to look at it on the promise it was really clean. It was. Job jobbed.

No - we havent actually placed a deposit.. I will however be transferring the full amount to them today and we have signed order forms...I realise this isnt a deposit however so that may constitute a fail..We'll just have to ride it out and see!
