It would be interesting to see what every person actually needs. My 10 year old needs double the food of his 17 month younger brother and even now, Connor would struggle to get down what Maxwell ate as a 7 year old.

If it’s good quality food, they eat as much as they want, sometimes though, they just want to eat shit
