I'm assuming it wouldn't be Just Stop Oil because they'd probably not use a car, and it seems unlikely to be someone with a genuine heartfelt grievance/fundamental religious motive/something to die for, or they'd have wanged into it at speed regardless of who or what was in the way.

All this is, is a strongly worded letter, except with an added criminal record. Kinda pointless.
