I don't think I'd have bought another set of wheels if the first set hadn't been free

A mate of mine just got a 488 pista which is mega. I never knew how much the carbon wheels he just added were. I'd be parking it nowhere near a kerb thats for sure.

They're nice - are they painted carbon? Usually I would have thought carbon fibre wheels would just be lacquered to show off what they're made of.

Yeah I prefer the more slender spokes of the forged originals.

Edit - also the bastard who fitted the new wheel didn’t put the centre cap in the correct position.

I often accidentally fit the centre cap on the rim too.

Another “I prefer the original wheels” here too.

And I am not sure how much I trust CF for a wheel. Metal tends to bend. CF tends to shatter into twelvety bazillion pieces….

Just over £36k is a fair chunk of carbon vanity.

Quite expensive even in comparison to the base price of the car.

Would be quite annoying to kerb one.

I guess if your car is 300k it's not that bad
