Buying goods from EU
Re: Buying goods from EU
Drop shipping wouldn’t resolve the customs issues so you’re just setting yourself up for having people moaning at you about their parcels being stuck for the pennies you’re making. No thanks.

I look forward to buying my German judo outfits from your shop Broccers - do let us have a link once you're up and running.
In other EU purchasing news, I have three wheels and tyres for my Allroad and now a full refund for all four.

Dynamic drive/active sway bar has arrived. Wasn't overly impressed with the packaging effort, but it appears unscathed and is all in one piece.
Now, hopefully, the car can stop leaving spots of hydraulic fluid whenever it's parked

Not all at once. The good stuff really lasts - my current suit is over 10 years old.Broccers wrote: Thu Oct 28, 2021 7:39 am Thought judo was popular not niche?? 40k people all needing a little suit.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

My fourth wheel finally made it back to the seller, so they sent it again (despite the fact they now have none of my money - I have told them I will pay, but they're being really good about getting me all the wheels first).
The second attempt to send it, it didn't even leave Germany before DPD returned it to them. They have sent it again and it's currently in customs. Not sure whether the previous owner had hidden a few kg of narcotics in this particular wheel or something, but the other three got to me safely and quickly so fuck knows what's going on.

I'll never grow tired of returning stuff to the EU now and having to fill-in these bloody customs forms...
Cheers,

It’s like when Reliant manufactured the RS200 for Ford. Or something.Jobbo wrote: Fri Nov 05, 2021 2:04 pm My fourth wheel finally made it back to the seller, so they sent it again (despite the fact they now have none of my money - I have told them I will pay, but they're being really good about getting me all the wheels first).

My fourth wheel has arrived today
Re: Buying goods from EU
Well, I now have 4 wheels all with identical 2018 Dunlop winter tyres with about 6.5mm of tread remaining. And the seller has declined to charge me after eBay refunded me automatically; they've been very nice and just said to keep them despite me attempting to pay. They were a good price anyway; £395 delivered.
So I must highly recommend Yura Raeder on eBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/yura-raeder - even though the courier messed up they've been brilliant. Decently boxed wheels as well to prevent damage in transit. Just a shame some gimp in DPD in the UK causes the occasional fuck-up with delivery.

Re: Buying goods from EU
