If the tape player will support a cd changer get a Bluetooth/sd card player that connects in lieu of it, or an fm transmitter that plugs in the lighter socket; can get them with bluetooth/sd/usb/line in for much cheapness. Either way you'll avoid the limitations of the cassette player e.g. get a lot more tuneage on a card. If you want to avoid that limitation but it has to be cassette then you'll need an Alpine 7375;

I’m bidding on the one JonMad put up so fingers crossed I get it!!!!

Looking forward to it!!

Price went up then! Did you win it?
No I bid up to £50 but someone had a much higher bid as every time I put one in it automatically said I was £1 too low.

Could've sworn I posted in this thread. But Dave, have you seen the Blaupunkt Bremen, very classic looking and all mod cons etc etc.

By far the best suggestion.

No matter how nostalgic it might be in theory to make a mix tape now, it'll be an absolute game getting a decent quality cassette deck which still works properly. I'd happily play my homemade 90s compilation tapes now but making new ones? Fuck off.

You did indeed post that somewhere else I believe.

It’s the button feel, as tragic as that sounds it’s really satisfying to use after touchscreens etc.
