You don't know how lucky you are with (most of) the F1 commentators you have on the British channels. I mostly have to watch my motor sport on German outlets and they come nowhere near Brundle et al when it comes to knowledge and wit.

I do remember Ben Edwards and John Watson commentating for Eurosport back in the day, they were awesome.

When this poll started, I must admit I didn't really hold out much hope for OC, but this really is a landslide.

It’s fair enough if OC doesn’t like him, it was the stunned surprise that others might that made me smile!

It was the comment that apparently me and Duncs being the only people who held him in such regard that made me do it. I was convinced that couldn’t be true.

Call it a draw?

I admit I’m surprised at how many on here have said they like him as a commentator, that’s fair enough.

Besides the comments on the thread which make it crystal clear people like him as a commentator there’s also a ‘view results button’
