When do we first get to see the actual cars out on track instead of just or mock-ups?

I thought I saw they're doing the Barcelona test behind closed doors this year with Bahrain having bought the rights to do a grand unveiling at the second testing session.

I think that’s just tv rights. We won’t get the live Sky Barcelona testing like the previous few years but fans can still buy tickets to it.

Hum yeah can't find where I read about the big unveiling of all the cars in Bahrain... Might have been a dream

Must be a tricky balancing act for the teams this year. On the one hand they won't want to show any of the parts that might give their particular concept away at the tests, but on the other hand they do need to actually run them to see if they work.

I'm still yet to find this mythical esso 99 fuel in the wild. I've asked 2 different petrol station attendants if their 97 branded stuff is actually 99 and they just haven't changed the stickers but they didn't have a clue

According to that every Esso south of Oxford bar 3 are 99. Guess they really can't be bothered to change the stickers.

Hamilton’s future in f1 still not certain- you’d think the fia would get a move on with the investigation

My problem with this article is that it brings no new source information since Toto spoke about it in mid-December as far as I can tell? Just seems like a rehash, the writer doesn't really explain how he knows it's still undecided.

Just a livery reveal from haas, that they made a big deal about. Might as well not have bothered

From a livery perspective that's best described as incremental.

It’s really clear from the top down angle how extended the side pods are this year due to the extra crash safety. Looks laughable.
