Many years ago (2003) we went to a hotel in Gran Canaria that had a new spa. We had tickets so were guided to use the rooms in 'recommended order'.
The first was actually called 'The Womb Room' and was supposed to be very relaxing with pleasant sound, smells etc. To get into the room the door and door surround was literally in the shape a vagina. The lady showing us around could barely contain her laughter at it.

Ouch. How many of those kind of services have sprung up in the last few years? There's Cinch, Cazoo and a couple of others with very similar concepts. Guess some are bound to fail.

Making a loss on purpose to try and build market share?

When the prices drop again as they will then they st be in big trouble surely ?
The 14 day money back guarantee that these guys offer must hurt their margins. I'm sure lots of people get a bit of buyers remorse or find a minor fault and boom its back with the retailer no questions asked.
Its a great service but the cars looked really cheap a few months ago as well !

I was really impressed with the service from Cazoo
Found a car, good price, simple p/x etc
Van arrived one Saturday morning, unloaded my new car, we did and inspection with the driver, signed off, watched him drive my old car into the van, and he was off.
Really great experience

That's nothing special to them, it's a legal thing, so they should have taken it into account. Iirc they started opening physical showrooms, that would have had a negative effect.

Other retailers may do it but you don't have the right to return a car for no reason.
Cinch and Cazoo were heavily advertising that and their margins looked thin to start.

Isn't it down to being 'net based and distance selling rules?
