The wildlife haven was done by my old electrical instructor Brian. The rail world site is very tired and not worth a trip now (sorry Brian) but the wildlife haven is genuinely amazing. We go quite a lot and considering what used to be a bit of derelict wasteland is now stunning.

I learnt to weld on those exact same welding stands !!!

I should really start doing it again.

It’s a wonderful bit of history is Perkins. Every town has a place like that which is either lost or just so small it’s not remembered.

I was driving so couldn’t take a picture but a Ford Focus had a huge bag of dog shit tied to its rear wiper 😂
I can’t tell if some idiot did it or if the owner of the car couldn’t find a bin so just decided to take their shit home.

My wife is currently dealing with the shit show that is disability assessment, but it doesn’t compare to this guy. Love his doctors response 😂

I have no idea how blue badges work but I am very surprised that his new one is only valid for 3 years even though he has had an amputation. Surely common sense dictates that such disabilities would permit a blue badge for life?

Common sense and the people that decide any disability benefit do not go hand in hand

This is objectively hilarious.

Doesn't actually seem that far removed from genuine planning decisions to be fair.
