The thing with the standard Evora is in the metal it looks like it's got a cap on, as the roofline is quite bulbous over the dark glass/pillars/sail panel (know I know what that bit is called!).
If you look at a standard Evora over an SR-packed one, the latter looks much sleeker, especially on white (like Mik's) and red, etc.

Gloss black Matt.
The 430 has (real) carbon roof and the gloss black sail panel looks akward beside it imho.
You sure your a-pillar trims arent actual carbon? You get them (and they arent cheap).
Funnily enough, it's Lotus's own gallery where their 410 is a similar colour to mine, and I didn't like the black against the (real) CF in their pictures. It looks like bits were missed. Hence me thinking about CF and asking if they can CF the sail panel too for consistency.
https://www.lotuscars.com/evora-gt410-sport#gallery
Hence the choice. If I go gloss black roof and sills, I think it'll look odd against the CF look of the barge boards and the A-pillars (which I will check, but I don't think they're real.....)

Fucking hell, either this scan tool is utterly fucked, or the software that is supplied is utterly broken.
So far neither Win 8 or WinXP VMs have taken to the drivers.
Now trying Win 7.
Sigh.

Episode 2 may involve fire.
Lots of beautiful, cleansing fire.
Played some vidya games, had another crack just now, still no joy. New start tomorrow when I'm not pissed and taking shortcuts

Don't listen to these philistines Beany. You go there. Remap the hood. Flash the ABS ecu. Activate the seatbelt warning chime, even for unoccupied seats.
YOU CAN DO IT.

Fuck, Iโm agreeing with Rich again!
Although Iโd say donโt wrap the roof. I love the way the two painted corners meet at the rear.

Also, from memory, these readers don't work well with virtual machines because theyโre emulating a serial port. If youโre using Virtualbox you need to add the driver in the Guest USB settings, not in the guest itself. I think.

Why do you need to connect a code reader into a computer?

Same reason as why do you need to connect a code reader to a perfectly functioning car.
Fucking none.

Hereโs my normal process with code readers. Wait until car displays error code. Buy reader. Plug reader in OBD. Fix. Get on with life.

Agreed. I donโt think your colour would benefit from the SR look personally. Iโd leave it as it is.

Well apparently purchasing livestock without telling my parents that Iโm going to dump them on their field is not correct so I am on sponge monkey duty

Still it desperately needs a polish.
