I'm not aware of one - I think it's just an example of how Jack Dorsey responds to blatant racism on his platform being pointed out.

If there's any backstory at all it's that James Wong is particularly adept at triggering racist loons with his perspectives on horticulture, botany and food culture.

There seems to be a couple of different conversations happening. The James Wong one, the more general one I replied to and one about the guy who torched himself by tweeting the N word after the football from an account with his employer in the bio.
