Don't like the lights (are the rear ones off a Cortina?), but the rest is beautiful.

i think it’s horrible! like a weird Chrysler/Buick inspired mess - the original is so good looking too.

Agreed. It looks like an Americans idea of an elegant car, answering the question of what if Mercedes was American, that question no one asked

That’s probably why I like it tbh. I’m a sicko for malaise era American stuff

Lotus49 “replica” (I’d say the term is used loosely here). Posting as it is apparently road legal…

That would be quite cool as it's own thing rather than a naff replica

I think it looks more like the Rolls Royce Camargue (£83,122 new in 1983 - most expensive car listed in the back pages of What Car).

A Camargue, that Merc and a Volvo 262 Bertone would be a neat collection of oddities.

While I don’t like that paint, it would at least have looked better on a black edition. Doh.

"tactical green"? "Milk nappy" more like it.

I don’t mind it, wouldn’t close it though. I get really disappointed when there’s a colour that’s a bit different and there’s not a jobbo interior to go with it
