Loved the two videos - I had no idea who Francis Bourgeois was but my wife recognised him. Apparently he’s been on some things on telly.
Obviously filmed a few months ago because Harris mentioned the Euros final was later on the same day. And the just visible RS6 with massive camera boom looked a bit more sophisticated than most Youtubers’ filming set ups, so who funded or arranged it?

Me neither. But I now know he definitely likes trains.

He’s got 3.2 million TikTok followers for his train watching videos, so he’s pretty well known outside of forums of middle age car nerds

Do I get any consolation points for recognising his face? Couldn't have told you who he was or what he did mind.

I’ve been following Francis since he had about 17k followers. I have no interest in trains but he seems like one of those characters that people enjoy watching whatever the subject. He’s done really well out of it and had a lot of celeb collaborations. Even got a deal with Gucci!
I saw a clip of them both on Instagram yesterday but not watched the YouTube vid yet.

Never heard of him either.
I must admit that I feel more and more out of touch with stuff now. Our older readers may remember Judge James Pickles who claimed to not know who The Beatles were, I laughed when I read that at the time but now I can totally relate

Judge Pickles was brilliant. He sounds like a made up character from children’s TV so it’s funnier that he was real. Not sure if he’s still alive but it’s a while since he retired.
I came on here to post this very video after YouTube the algo suggested it. Easily the most wholesome YouTube video I've seen in years, absolutely brilliant . I love the slightly awkward way it's been edited too, it really plays into feels of the whole thing.
Whole family loved the Francis Bourgeois and Monkey Harris video. I didn't know Francis' name but recognised him from that clip of his which went viral recently-ish. Was just such a lovely, wholesome thing to watch.
Yes this was great. He's clearly pretty odd but much less of a dork than I was expecting
He's a funny character, because Francis isn't his real name. He's called Luke Nicholson and he used to be a chav that tried to fit in by wearing Burberry and making random music. I think he said he was always hiding his real love of trains to try and be 'normal', and he clearly is very, very into trains

I struggle to believe he's ever been even the slightest bit chavvy
