Bought on the same day as my Bentley; and for sale shortly after mine went. My Dad's Maserati. It's a good car, he has enjoyed it, but the cost of replacing a rear shock recently was.... a shock..... and I think he's always been a bit scared of it too. It'll be a good buy for someone.

Skyhook is known to be scary. 1 damper the same price as replacing all 4 with passive suspension.

I can't remember the detail. I think new shocks were meant to be ~£1k each, but not available any more. He ended up getting a s/h pair from ebay and his tuna fitted them for him.

My Dad's eighty next year, he still likes pottering about in the garage doing little jobs on the Scimitar but he doesn't need hassle like this on the other cars.

Related - I'm planning on borrowing their SAAB convertible for a bit. I'm quite looking forward to it.

For @integrale_evo - this is your neck of the woods IIRC, and the plate goes well with your Compact.

Not a "want" as such but a "want to try"; https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/355781123788 ... Sw-TNmZs1z

I wonder what trim spec it is? I know they did a DL, hopefully they did a DE.

@scotta highlighted this to me last night. I had seen somewhere that BJ69KFC was up for sale, but wasn't aware of this bidding phenomena. Apparently the auction has already been reset once - when it reached £500 million. At the time of typing it's back up to over £27 million again......
