Anyone had to claim on the 6yr Richer Sounds warranty? That’s what I always weigh up against John Lewis but the last telly I had go wrong was from somewhere else and out of warranty.

Costco has 5 years included in the price on TVs. Never had any issues returning anything else but sadly all my tvs still work so it’s an unknown

That's it, my neighbours are gone and I can't quite believe it

They're still fighting a totally fruitless legal case, they've applied once again to the courts today, and they tried taking it to the high court a couple of weeks ago, who totally dismissed their application. They've lost every single claim/application they've filed, the total number is running into double figures now. My overall rating for a 2,500 day legal dispute with neighbours is minus eleventybillion out of ten.

Congrats mate - that was a long slog.

Finally light at the end of the tunnel - presume you still have the clear up/refurb on the cards, but at least then it's not going to involve a series of legal challenges that look like fucking Markov chains.

I went in there earlier. It's grim, hard to believe anyone was living in there. There was a team on site - an ex-bailiff who was representing me, a locksmith and two security guys to do the shuttering. They all deal with exactly these situations almost every day and said it's the worst they've ever seen

Next steps are torts notices for them to come back and collect the junk they've left, which should take 6-8 weeks, then get the flat cleared, and after that it's all wrapped up and can be stripped down and refurbed.
