No, it humped his entire season. He said in Aussie Grit (I think that was his AB) that he struggled all season but he had to hide it from Marko and Christian. I often wonder whether he might have clinched the WC in 2010 without the crash.

2010 was his best season despite those problems. He fizzled away into mediocrity for the rest of his Red Bull career.
