Oddly satisfying when someone gets the speed rights for a nice bow wave and you can see the water level in front of the bumper drop a foot or so from the surrounding level.

No, they're charging the owner for diagnosing the problem (and in the process clarifying that they have not been responsible for it), and proposing a fix while explaining why they can't do the job.

Fun story for you- we had a blocked drain in the gaffers daughters house to clear- one of the apprentices was rodding from outside in the manhole cover to no success- we tried from an access point in the building and cleared it- a massive deluge of human faeces went straight out- dumb fuck apprentice was in the manhole looking up the pipe at the time

They should just harvest that plumber’s blood - must contain the cure for everything with the amount of shit he’s exposed to.
