This guy in his silver 360 regularly commutes in and out of the city. Pretty dedicated in a now quite old Ferrari (plus it actually snowed today...). Also is loud enough for me to notice 8 floors up when he invariably gets stuck at the lights. Very cool.

So funny thinking of a 360 as an old Ferrari. I used to regularly see one commuting on Gray's Inn Road in 2002... hang on, that is quite a long time ago. Fuck

Nice. I still want one. Life/finances not quite there yet.

I want to know why he doesn't take a photo of my Silver 2002 325ti when I drive along Bishopsgate...
The story that photo tells is the percentage of traffic made up by private cars that are driven during the week in Central London these days - probably no more than 10%. The rest are trades vehicles, Ubers, buses or Black Cabs.

Fecking gridlock traffic at this time of night due to the tube strikes however someone has bought a 4C Spider which looks tiny amongst the Land Rovers and no where near as nice as the coupe.

I’ve got a nearly full tank of fuel showing 150 miles of range

It's as wide as a Range Rover though!

Aside from PLAC, the front wheel looks oddly small

I even like the paint
Yes, either it’s just the perspective or maybe it also has 1” larger wheels at the rear?

That looks lovely, would genuinely get me to think long and hard if I wanted that Rolls Royce or Bentley

I've been on the BMW configurator. So I originally thought it would a top spec 7 series because 2 tone paint is expensive right? Well it's a base Excellence model as the rear bumper is nice and smooth rather than pointlessly angular as on the M Sport. In fact the M Sport looks crap as it's covered in unpainted shiny plastic rather than paint.
The 2 Tone paint is £11,550 with 20" wheels. The 21" option looks shit. Whoever specced this one had good taste. £118,195 without any other options. I'll happily buy this for £11,819 in 5 years time

Very much this. Large estates are something special.

Like.
Estates are by their nature big boxes, so when based on a car that's boxy in the first place it works well, and easily. It's when designers try to turn a swoopy design into an estate it all goes wrong.
Third reply to the original tweet:
Bleugh.

I tried to only post the reply tweet but it seems to insist on including the original tweet as well. <shrug>

This was parked in front of our local Coop.
It looked okay, only obvious issue was the rusty boot lid.
Also saw an A2 1.4TDi, don't see many of those around.
