Asda in Cheltenham is great. Less bolshy arseholes failing to respect social distancing than Sainsbury’s.

I like their milkshakes. I've had vastly fewer since lockdown, probably a good thing but I do miss being able to pop down at night for them (avoids people :P ).

Stay Alert. Save lives.

You're a reasonably intelligent bunch. What does this mean? 😁

Germany’s R went above 1 a few days after relaxing lockdown - this bloody thing isn’t going to just fizzle out so simply is it?

I mean, Armando Iannucci couldn't have written this tragic-comedy any better could he?

I thought the perceived wisdom was that it was a good idea to cover your face when you are in public now, but that's missing from their list of advice?
Cheers,

Mike.

The 'stupid bastard's' in Wales aren't using that slogan as they felt it sent the wrong message and is open to interpretation.

Numpties are sticking with Stay Home for 3 weeks 🙄

My understanding was the Medical experts believe they are of little if not no benefit outside of a clinical setting and are likely to give a false sense of security resulting in a lapse in distancing and other hygiene measures ?

They work but what the medical experts are trying to say but cannot in this PC day and age is that a significant proportion of the public are too fucking stupid to use them correctly...

Also, if the mass public start bulk buying PPE like masks then and already difficult marketplace will become even worse. We need to make sure the NHS can get what it needs as well as businesses trying to keep the economy ticking over and keeping their workers safe.

I was on a site this week dropping something off for a customer and no one was wearing any Corona type PPE and there was bugger all social distancing going on. Comical really, lads stood around in groups chatting or all getting in and out of vans together. This was a job for one of the world's biggest businesses by a big main and sub-contractor.

Boris could always suggest Joe Public sticks to non medical grade army surplus stuff and we'll be ok.

You're going to be pretty alert in one those and I suspect people will maintain distance 😎
