This seems unusually specific

There are loads of guys with RS3s in Glasgow that seems to spend their weekends parked up in the west end or driving through the city centre bouncing the engine off the rev limiter just for the sake of making noise. I don't get it .

That to one side, why do you spend time in housing estates listening to people rev their cars?
