A couple of places today reporting that the new series of Top Gear is on hold although it does sound like there's a lot of guesswork going on by the media.

Seems quite plausible and fits with the description of his injuries (not sounding too bad from the reports at the time) and the subsequent lack of any updates.

Ironically it seems Paddy has been off to Turkey for a facelift and is reportedly disfigured too (though in a way he chose and paid for) - looking forward to seeing the results.
There is more to that…it will come out eventually.
Which bit?

You could imagine it was something like that from the details released through the press. Imo, leave him alone to recover, he/his family will speak to us when he's/they're ready.

Saw that. Guess they were half hoping he’d recover and be straight back to it, so assuming he’s not up to a return to filming yet and want to wait to have all 3 presenters back together

They could always just make it a normal car show again, much safer! ;)

Duncs, how could you suggest that? William Woollard's foot could have slipped off the front tyre leading to a jarred ankle.

Disappeared almost completely. I think his injuries must be pretty bad, they are certainly keeping it all hush hush. I only found out what car he was driving last week!

Not sure why this is on local news, but it’s the first time I’ve seen details of what Freddie was driving. A £43k handmade British motorised tricycle; that’ll be a Morgan Super 3 then: https://www.walesonline.co.uk/lifestyle ... p-26547214

Still very little about Freddie has surfaced and it's been a long time now.

I can this getting Too Gear canned for good.

There must be a law suit in the offing as both sides remain silent.

Perhaps he had concerns about safety, felt pressured into doing it, had the accident and there's liability etc.
