I've heard some interesting aircraft go over late in the evening recently. Each time I've looked on ADSB Exchange and nothing is showing. Usually military stuff which passes over does show up so I guess they're doing more secretive stuff.
That’s our Alien overlords - with cloaking devices so they look and sound like conventional aircraft to John Q Citizen.

There’s a constant stream of Airbus A400M flying across the channel at the weekend. Bloody noisy things too, sometimes they’re on Flightradar and you can hear them 60 miles away when they’re over 30,000ft up.

Best demonstration I've seen of how physical a display is, RAAF F18 at Avalon airshow last week.
I was there with camera looking up Was absolutely epic from there.
F22 did some stuff too, made it look all a bit easy in comparison. Talk about engaging cheat mode
Took a few more but damned if I can work out how to share an Imgur album these days

Thanks it was an awesome day.
They had an inflatable SU27 decoy on display, they didn't appreciate me asking if I needed to take my shoes off to play.

No, you’re silly.
And more than just the money-shot
edit: I am not sure these attempts were made all in the same timeframe - for the unsuccessful attempt around 1min the windsock appears to indicate a strong cross-wind. Successful attempt the windsock appears to indicate no wind.
