Elise? I'm guessing you can distinguish that though.
Yes! :D

I was on my bike and he came blatting past (gave me lots of room 8-) ) so I only got a very quick look at the rear.

Also spotted this 356. Not sure if it’s genuine or a replica, a plate search comes back as a Porsche but a 1969 which is after production ended. It was very nice whatever it is.

That's a thing of beauty.

I saw an M5 in this bold colour choice yesterday, had a real metallic, sparkle to it in the sun.

I forgot to mention that I saw a BMW Z8 in Henley this week. I haven't seen one on the road for years, was nice to see one being used. No photo unfortunately.

They've aged nicely. There was a local guy who must have bought one at launch, I remember seeing it in his garage one day. His daily driver was an M5 Touring. I can't remember the last time I saw one on the road though.

What I have been seeing a lot of at secondhand dealers is Bentley Continentals for about 25K. Genuinely walked/driven past about half a dozen different dealers in the last week, each of them with a similarly-priced Continental on the forecourt, usually in amongst lots of normal stuff.

Hope they use a better paint finish on the wheels of the production version.

They’re just seeing what it’ll look like in the real world once it’s been dragged along a kerb for the 17th time 😂

Spotted this morning on the M6 - an HGV with an air horn that plays the first four notes of Europe's The Final Countdown. Really made me smile.

Popped over to Orford on the coast for the weekend and there was an absolutely immaculate E type garaged just up Pump Street. Saw the old lad who owned it tootling about in it on Sunday and even leaving it parked outside overnight.

Not an IRL spot, but from an e-newsletter from rockauto.com , an excellent parts supplier in the states. It looks absolutely gorgeous.
I purchased my 1948 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible in 2017 as a collection of parts with no engine, transmission or interior. I purchased a Ford 5.0L short block, bought an AOD transmission and rebuilt a Ford Explorer 8.8" rearend with 3:50 gears. A Mustang II front end was adapted to provide independent front suspension, rack and pinion steering and disc brakes. Power steering was accomplished by adapting the electronic power steering unit from a 2016 Toyota. For cruising comfort, 6-way power bucket seats from a Buick were used and other custom features were added including power windows, A/C and electronic cruise control. The color chosen was Metallic Black Cherry Pearl with a custom leather interior. The project took over four years and 5,000 man-hours with lots of help from friends. The car named "Patti Ann" after my wife, who was very supportive throughout the long build process, has been on the road since April of 2021. It has proven to be a reliable and very comfortable car for cruising.

I’m not super into pre 60s cars but some of those old Fords are lovely. I’d quite like a 39 Woody (fnar)

A ‘65 Mustang spotted in Waitrose carpark last weekend. A rare manual model too.

Wasn't this model the same as Biff's in Back to the Future? Possibly Daniels from the Karate Kid also?

Saw a Ferrari 296 GTB coming out of Cheltenham yesterday. Looked good from the front, bit shit at the back. Looked like a shrunk down Ford GT. I approve overall.
