No F1 thread?
Re: No F1 thread?
And Aston use German engines.
Re: No F1 thread?
The burgundy Ferrari
Resembles more of a turd now. Appears they’re not as brave as Mercedes in making the whole crew dress up too.

How about not having a sig at all?
Re: No F1 thread?
Those German engines, that are still designed and built in the UK?
Oui, je suis un motard.
Re: No F1 thread?
You can't polish a turd but you can roll it in [a] gravel [trap].Mito Man wrote: Fri Sep 11, 2020 1:01 pm The burgundy FerrariResembles more of a turd now. Appears they’re not as brave as Mercedes in making the whole crew dress up too.
Re: No F1 thread?
And an expensive marketing exercise. Which brings on a question- who’s going to go bust first? Aston Martin F1 or Aston Martin road cars?Zonda_ wrote: Fri Sep 11, 2020 3:34 pmI was meaning the road cars, we all know the Aston F1 team will be nothing more than a name.
Re: No F1 thread?
It’s all owned by the Stroll consortium and he’s in F1 anyway so maybe not as ruinously expensive as it appears - he can use his hobby to advertise the road car business. Compare to the previous situation where Aston Martin, already on the brink of bankruptcy decided to throw money at Red Bull anyway for sponsorship...

Re: No F1 thread?
Good smashes so far, and good that everyone is 99.9% OK!
Re: No F1 thread?
Crazy shizzle so far.
Let see if LH can replicate Bottas’ mugging on the restart

Re: No F1 thread?
I'm sure that's how his team would have told him to do it, make the straight as short as possible to avoid getting mugged.
He didn't get overtaken, so surely it's a good restart from his point of view?
Re: No F1 thread?
Hmm, I’ve never seen that before though, not even at Monza has Hamilton or anyone else ever done such a thing.

Re: No F1 thread?
Second red flag - this is nuts.
Re: No F1 thread?
Give us gravel traps they say, it’ll be good they say...

Re: No F1 thread?
Nothing wrong with that? It's been interesting at least. Bottas ftw.
Re: No F1 thread?
I don’t mind myself, means the usual suspects who always make a
mistake and run off the track can’t just rejoin the race - how it should be.
Gutted Ricciardo didn’t get that podium and tattoo.
Bottas outclassed again, poor chap didn’t even hang on to the fastest lap.
