Aside, apparently Steve Bannon - a man who I've seen accurately described as looking like a 3D print of his own colonoscopy - has done a nazi salute at CPAC. You can tell it's a nazi salute because well known white supremacist, nazis sympathiser and someone who you shouldn't leave your teenage daughter around, Nick Fuentes is calling it a roman salute, a thing that doesn't exist except in the mind of nazis looking to softball nazi behaviour.

Worth bearing in mind that skinhead was a look connected with a multicultural music scene before it was a racist dogwhistle

I buy the steel toe docs, but they're great for forestry because of that but they've stopped making them so I'll need to find an alternative soon.

Army surplus boots from ebay, they're actually made for clomping around in the mud and last *ages*. My current pair are Haix and I just checked - I bought them in 2017.

Last pair of docs I had was at Uni.

Mate and I were discussing that the only downside was your feet got a bit sweaty. We decided that it would be a great idea to use the rivet gun to stick a couple of vents in just above the arch of your foot. So that’s what we did,

Only had blind rivets though, so had to drill the centres out to provide a vent, but that worked too.

And it was a great success at reducing footy sweatiness. I wonder how much Doc Marten will pay us for this idea?
