I’ve been in the Gloucester Vulcan cockpit.
Also relevant to this thread, I’ve checked ADSB Exchange a few times during the week when I’ve heard aircraft over the office. It seems to be on a military flight path and you get F15s heading for the Mach Loop, C17s/A440s flying low en route back to Brize Norton and various helicopters. Many this week have not appeared on the radar. One I managed to see out of the window; looked like an Apache AH64 though I’m not an expert, and was flying at about 200ft. Anyone would think there’s a war on.

I’ve just had a look on ADSB and one of the US 747 “doomsday” aircraft is flying over France.

Almost as good as if they'd been taken from a Canberra.

Had 2 typhoons fly over today at a stupidly low altitude- checked the app which suggested only 2500ft. Felt like I could have high fived the pilots

In typical fashion my phone was in the house when I actually wanted it, so no pics

A bit more conventional Looking than the Jetson One, but similar in concept. Some of the comments are amusing. I guess with 8 motor & rotor sets they are trying to create some level of redundancy in case of failures…,

Just had an osprey fly over, followed shortly by a typhoon, both with transponders off so not showing on any of the apps.
First time I’ve ever seen a helicopterplanethingy in real life. Looked as weird as expected

A few minutes ago a Spitfire barrel rolled over the fields opposite surprisingly low and close (they've done it before but higher and farther away)
If I had a Ring doorbell (or the like) I'm sure it would have caught it.
Anyhow, it made me wonder; are there restomod Spitfires?

I've heard some interesting aircraft go over late in the evening recently. Each time I've looked on ADSB Exchange and nothing is showing. Usually military stuff which passes over does show up so I guess they're doing more secretive stuff.
