To improve my week, our cat looked ill Friday as well, took her to the vets and they found she had fluid around her organs and cancer which had spread to multiple parts of her, so I had to get her put down.

At least I've had plenty of time in the car, which was a bit of an escape tbh, and it doesn't ask much of me.

It has drive assist, lane change assist and full radar and camera controlled driving, as long as you have a hand on the wheel it will pretty much drive itself, if you indicate it will change lane and overtake other cars on motorway/dual carriageways, it steers for you even on b-roads etcs and just generally gets on with taking you somewhere without you really doing anything.

Stereo is decent enough, it rides a lot better than the Kuga which surprised me a bit, in individual I have the steering on comfort, accelerator on sport, suspension on normal and sound on sport and it works well for me.

The interior looks pretty cool all lit up at night, you can change the colours of different zone lighting individually, I've just left it all blue for now as I CBA with it.

The seats are very supportive, well bolstered and comfortable.

The boot is a bit small, but the dog fits easily which is all that matters, we have the Kuga for holidays etcs.

72.3 MPG average since I've had it, done about 900 miles so far, I like it, I think it's a decent looking car, and it's nice to have something that fits in a parking space again.

Heading back to the coast 5am wednesday to try settle my grandad into a assisted living care home, as he has Alzheimers and my grandma was his carer.
I'm not looking forward to it, but at least a 5am drive over the coast roads will be nice, wish it had the panoramic roof to open on early morning journeys like that.

Then back home Thursday with my uncle and auntie with me, and my mum and dad following, to prepare for the funeral Friday, I have to go in the big funeral car with my mum and uncle which I'm not looking forward to, but needs must.

Fingers crossed for a better week next week.
