The way they are reporting this still gets on my nerves. I had to scour the BBC for the figures as they didn't seem to want to put them in any headlines. All I want is a UK deaths figure for the previous day, not a catch up figure, the number of people who died a week ago doesn't tell me much.

Yes, if people spot a downward trend they'll just start going out again so it's being buried in such a way that only intelligent folk can work it out.

I saw something on FB which summed it up, if you can't get people to drive in the left hand lane except for when they're over taking how the fuck do you propose you get them to stay at home on a sunny day?

Yes and they are still carrying on doing their own thing.

I've a motorbike and and convertible car. Im in Facebook groups for both the bikers are Bob on and not using them. Young lads on car groups think it's ok to go out for a razz.

People jogging or teams of cyclists still thinking it's great to do it but not playing the game.

Apparently we've not hit the spike of this. Next we really will be locked in.
