F1 it's not that bad does go on far too long. Free practice Fri sat and then quali then 5 hours on Sunday if not more.

More talking than racing.

5 hours on Sunday

I just watch the practice highlights on YouTube. Saturday is 90 minutes. Sunday Just over 2.5 hours for most races. If Sky ever do a feature you’ll know about it as they will repeat it between every race every few hours on the F1 channel so I don’t bother tuning in early for those.
