I used to work with a Brian Balls which I thought was excellent in a Homer Simpson ‘Max Power’ kind of way.
When I was at BT there was a Bob Sherunkle on the directory but I was never sure that wasn’t someone having a laugh..

I don’t recall ever meeting anyone with a particularly funny name.
Though Stephen King calling his son Joseph was a bit of a dick move though

.

The births columns of the Telegraph/ Times are fantastic for the nonsense posh people are calling their kids.
“To Isambard and Georgiana, a daughter, Ophelia Susan Sibley, sister to Arabella and Algernon.”
“To Alexandra, a son, Balthazar Henry Wolff.”
(Didn’t need to go any further than front page for these!)

I always used to like the subtle lyric in Level 42’s Running in the Family where Mark King sings
“One night, my brother Joe and me
Climbed down the family tree
That grew outside our bedroom window
We ran, though we knew it couldn't last
Running from the past
From things that we were born to be”
I was disappointed to learn that he doesn’t actually have a brother called Joe.

Sorry, I did make that up! I did not think anyone would believe it, although looking at some of the others, it is actually totally believable!
