Oi! Nominations for the 2017 ECPOTY closed on 26th December, with voting starting on the 27th - not 6 weeks before the end of 2017! See image below showing when votes were cast. And Rod's 918 was not purchased in those four day.



And it was me who voted for the Up! GTi - in protest at the undemocratic, and frankly lazy, first past the post system.

Tbh, I don’t give a fuck. Rod is a top guy, but he’s only posted twice on this forum since it’s inception, probably doesn’t even know about the contest and certainly didn’t enter his car into it.

I’m just offering the chance for everyone to have a say - I’m happy to ditch rules if the people want it. No one does yet, but if half the votes for Coaster feel conned, then I’m laid back enough to change their votes.

I don’t think anyone apart from mik cares...
Maybe we can have a CPOTY thread where Mik can be the only judge and the 918 the only choice?
