I slide nonchalently up lane A, round the next curve, then take off and nuke the tosser from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

I managed 2 laps of a car on the way to Cornwall at 2 am before it moved from lane 2 of 4, where it was sat on its own for at least 10 miles without any other traffic around

I was bored and the wife was asleep, at least they provided entertainment!

I do similar for the same reason

I've also noticed that people sitting in a lane that come up behind someone else sitting in the same lane tend to slow first, then indicate, accelerate and undertake, then return to the same lane in a most self righteous manner
People don't want to overtake, the expectation is for everyone to get out of their way.
Also, people sitting in lanes 2 & 3 bumper to bumper at 60 - 65 causing a rolling blockage when you've used lanes correctly and want to get back over.

I'm not a motorbikerist, but I drive my car the way you ride your bikes; assuming everyone else is out to kill you.
