The nearest I've come to liking fuchs style wheels on a modern Porsche is probably these (admittedly derivative) ones on a GT4. That said, I still think the standard GT4 wheel is much better

Dear God man - those are one step away from being these:

I like the fact that the red eyes on the bear make it look like some undead-zombie-bear - presumably not what they had in mind.

Those are even worse. FFS.

Fuchs look great on a 911 Sport Classic:

These alloys on a 991 are quite Fuchsy, but more modern. They look fantastic; they also come with black spokes and silver rim for a more traditional colour scheme:

I'll take the black spoke version but can I not have my Cayman in polished turd brown?

Maybe this is a better illustration:

And funnily enough I absolutely hate those! They just look so heavy and lumpen. Better in the black version but still not great.

We went through 1980s white being popular, then 1970s turd brown and gold colours so presumably the 1960s is up next - what were the predominant colours then?

My instant thought was yellow, for some reason.

Don’t like Fuchs on modern Porsches apart from 997 Sport Classic. (JIC) That GT4 above is awful.

The Sport Classic is lovely. I actually don'y mind the wheels on the Martini Caymen (but it probably wouldn't be my choice) but the first one looks awful.

Which brown Cayman are you referring to? ;)

That Mole brown one in the picture above, of course.

Edit: That's a 991? Looks too much like a Cayman for my taste.

I quite like the Fifteen52 wheels but they look better on an old car.

I'll get new glasses when Porsche make their cars look different from each other.

You mean other than the different body shape, completely differently shaped headlights, completely differently shaped front bumper, different proportions etc.?

The new 911 is completely indistinguishable from older models.
