I win this thread so hard it's not even funny, but thanks for turning up
Land Cruiser - 145 litres.
Boat - 500 litres.
My mate's new boat - ONE THOUSAND LITRES (what's his is mine)
Kneel and weep.
If you really want to win this thread the tell us how much it costs to fill. The LC for example would be £200 to fill.
About £20 non?

The Mustang will return 200-400 miles depending on how it’s driven, average is 280ish. The Focus ST is about the same for the same size tank and 100 kilos less weight. Down sizing and stop start is utter BS

I'm getting about 250miles per £70.
About two thirds what I got from the Puma (180 miles to £40) and a solid half of what I got from the Mondeo (500 miles to £80) using fag packet maths.
But like the Puma, the engine makes up for it.

Now that the M20 is almost entirely a 50 mph average speed shitehole with the idiot dawdlers struggling to average even 40 mph I’m getting almost double the range on a tank of fuel.
I’d rather go back to half the range and 80-100 mph trips though.

Spec C was 45 litres and would get through that in no time on track
Had to refill every 4 to 5 days on my commuting week (16 miles from the office)
Even with the small 65 litre tank in the 530 I'm getting more like 4 weeks.
I'm sure my old A8 was 95 litres (with a much bigger boot AND extra under floor storage AND a full size spare AND much more room inside).
BMW really have mastered the art of poor packaging that they started with the MINI.

E30 m3 has a 55l main tank ( like all e30s ) plus a
15l long range tank in the boot behind the rear seat. Which if you could fill it completely ( which is a pain in the arse to do ) probably gives it the longest potential range of all our cars if driven sensibly.
I did not know that! Very
