Look very similar yeah. Mine have black rubber, but guess they may have just updated them.

If you can pull your back brake on and roll a bicycle onto its back wheel, you can then just roll it up the wall to get it into place. My kids can get their bikes up and back down on their own so would imagine any reasonably able bodied adult female should be able to do so too.

I have more of them in another spot with the kids and my wifes bikes on, plus my BMX and everyone manages to get their own bikes including my 7 year old daughter (and she's managed for years).

Cool, now just to find (make) some free wall space.

I hung a sturdy wardrobe rail from the garage roof joists and use s-hooks and velcro ties through the wheels to hang them up. The idea was to accommodate any wheel/tyre size and they could fold flat(ter) against the wall and not need so much space between, which works OK for road bikes but MTB bars are wide and get in the way. No issues with forks or hydraulic brakes either.

Think I'll rejig things though so the couple of regularly-used bikes are easier to get to and the others can be stored wheels & pedals off and bars turned so they're using less space.

I’ve got a long thin garage and tried it with 5 bikes hanging on one side. I found it took up more room than just leaning them slightly staggered.

I put up an Asgard metal security shed and keep our bikes in there.

Unfortunately the levels of condensation promised by the forum have failed to materialise and it remains as dry as a bone.

But how dry is the bone in question?

An uncouth man might suggest - as dry as a nun’s gusset.

Mine looked like that before last weekend! Now it's a lot tidier. Only a single (and a bit) garage width though.

Take out the motorbike, take out the push bikes, put all the other shit in a skip. Replace motorbike and push bikes. Have a beer. Revel in awesomeness.

Fuck all of that. I have a zero tolerance in place for any family or kid's tat in the garage.

Since that photo was taken we filled a 7 ton skip with shite. It doesn’t look any tidier but now has more bikes and a 2nd motorbike.
