I can pop down on the 29th, but I don't think I'll be able to do Costco as well, I need to be home about 1pm.
Re: SURREY Rolling Road pt4
Long term forecast looking good. Anyone else coming?
Jon, what’s changed since the last time? Just the cat? What numbers are you hoping for?
I’d be really disappointed if mine doesn’t archive 375bhp.

Just the cat back on, yeah. Same map. Hoping it's still > 300 bhp / 350 lb ft
But if it's < 300bhp then that's officially less than a 20% increase on standard, which means Direct Line would insure me (I'm with them for our Yeti and house), unlike currently.

Left over crest; tightens.

Do you find buying food from a supermarket exciting?
How about not having a sig at all?
Re: SURREY Rolling Road pt4
No
But people do seem to get extra excited about Costco
Is it the thrill of saving a couple of quid, if you buy 100 packets of crisps, rather than the regular multipack with 6? Then, I guess, further thrill when you get home and have to work out where to keep it all?
Re: SURREY Rolling Road pt4
Yeah, because we were all meeting at Costco to buy food in bulk together.Richard wrote: ↑Fri Sep 28, 2018 8:57 pmNo

Re: SURREY Rolling Road pt4
I’m in New York and don’t land back until Sunday morning.
However, I’ll be picking my son up from RAF Odiham if you’re still out playing at around 3-4pm?

No, can't do today.
Re: SURREY Rolling Road pt4
I've mentioned elsewhere before, when I was researching 996 GT3 Mk1 vs Mk2, various reports suggested that most Mk1s would not achieve the manufacture claimed figure of 355bhp, whereas Mk2s would routinely overachieve (375 bhp & 284 lb/ft)
Charlie at SRR, said that he's had many 996 GT3s on his roller; in fact, 911uk held a GT3 dyno day at SRR in 2015, and on the day they had one Mk1 (357bhp) and four Mk2s (390-399bhp).
So, armed with 2/3 Esso and 1/3 VPower, my car went on the roller......
403.3 bhp & 314 lb/ft
Torque curve a bit funky but Charlie said everything looked good.
Anyway, nice to catch up with Jon (+2) and good seeing SJ's beautiful Vantage, which is VERY loud with fuse 22 removed
