No fucking chance. I'm thirty six, not thirteen, and there's only so much patience I have for this sort of crap.

Also, I like it how threads just appear for me.

Thinking that way, and of what 'evo is up to now, it's got to be a 325ti.
Are the Compaqs less prone to corrosion than normal e46s?

That's an improvement on my 'three day old waterborne corpse' and as such, I'm fucking stealing it.

Nah, Liz Lemon is fine, and I don't mind the Mondeo at all. I'm just thinking that as I don't *need* a diesel any more....well, you know, they do those five pot turbo ones. And well north of 250bhp is but a simple remap away.

I was looking for a Dakar sport compact but gave up as the only ones I could find were mega miles or knackered or too expensive.

I got excited when I saw that one, but that wing, boot badge and wonky grille and front bumper raise alarm bells, as does the photo of the interior cunningly just missing the bit of the bolster that's normally got a hole in it...

More than I've got. By a wiiiiiide margin.

I'm looking at

High milage E90 330i/d Msports (how bad can it be?)
Saab 9-3 Aeros (reasonable tuning potential)
Focus STs (again, fairly high milage)

and that's pretty much it at the moment.

the Focus ST and 330i/d are more interesting, mostly because they either come with decent power (ST, 330i) or can have sillly power easily tweeked out of it (St needs intercooler/zorst and remap to make 280bhp, E90 330d needs the same to make 300bhp/near 400lbft and is rear drive...)

But again, just how many people specced 330ds as SEs or ESs and didn't tick the box for xenons? Fuck me, BMW buyers are cheap on the options!
