I can't imagine working on one of those balance boards but I'm sure you get used to it.

I'm sure she gets all the training in this regard but with 10hrs in front of a screen hopefully she does give her eyes a rest and take plenty of breaks / a walk here and there etc. I'm sure the musculoskeletal system is not the only thing that needs keeping an eye on with a shift like that!

I use a standing desk and one of these.

Your knees get sweaty though, so I just do it in my (Thomas the Tank Engine) y-fronts
