Road tax based on height and weight of vehicle. Using my car as an example, I would pay none, all SUV/crossover's tax would double and Caterham owners would receive a £200 grant towards costs for cheering up the road-scape.

Just seen about some lads in a gang war who killed a 14 year old with a machete getting sentenced. 18 years old- one got 2 years for handing the machete to the other lad who inflicted the lethal wound who has got 9 years for manslaughter.
