Oh, definitely not then - why would you do that? If you want cheese with truffle in it, buy some cheese and some truffle and do it yourself.

I just made cheese on toast for lunch, but used Stilton instead of cheddar. I have named this Tory Cheese On Toast. It was fucking epic. That is all.

Our local M&S has recently been expanded and updated, more than doubling the footprint. They now have a "cheese barge" (their words) and it has some rather nice things that we're trying. There are some proper stinky soft cheeses of the variety that will make babies cry. I like them!
