My sister has just bought a box of caramacs. Last time I had one I didn't like it despite being a fan back in my youth.

When I said to my wife last night that Caramac was to be killed off, she seriously thought I was telling her because I'd bought a container load of them.

Caramacs are delicious and so full of sugar you can feel your teeth rotting with every bite. Not had one in years, but I can't believe it's been killed off in favour of the crappy imitation from Cadburys.

RIP. They'll be after our Irn Bru next.

It's not got as much sugar in as it used to, but it still tastes fabulous compared to the majority of soft drinks.
