At this rate mik will be broke with all the compo he needs to payout to people he’s not included

What's going on with your accounts Dan? I'm not meaning to be stalkerish but I googled HPE and the companies house link came up so I clicked it. It's showing as dissolved in 2018?!

That’s HPE Ltd which only existed for me to contract to JLR - I’m a sole trader 😃

Three lockups - one just for car and part storage, one for small roadcar jobs, one for non-car storage
Two proper workshops - mostly for racecar stuff, but I try and keep a space free in one for bigger roadcar jobs.
One shipping container - was being used for "dirty" car storage (e.g. stripping scrappers), currently being used by a friend for making F1/hypercar/GB4 bits in CF.

But - the cars have a nasty habit of all having their time of the month at the same moment, leaving a bit of a "chickens and foxes" problem, *and* my construction/property stuff is overflowing its allocated storage space and seriously starting to encroach on the other two lockups.

I would say the correct number of garages is n+1 etc etc, but the truth is I need a warehouse!

Re. "automotive shizzle" - one of the workshops has various Lotus memorabilia left from my former team principle, but otherwise they're mostly decorated with yet more parts or "projects" that never quite got finished!
